MSFC Redundancy
Step 9 From the standby MSFC’s ROMMON prompt, repeat Step 3 but in Step 3d, select option 2 “boot system”
as follows:
change the boot characteristics? y/n [n]: y
enter to boot:
0 = ROM Monitor
1 = the boot helper image
2-15 = boot system

load rom after netboot fails

You must reset or power cycle for new config to take effect

Step 10 Enter the reset command at the ROMMON prompt to boot the system.
Step 11 Once the MSFC has booted, enter the config-register 0x2102 command from Cisco IOS configuration
mode on the newly active MSFC’s console port.
Step 12 Press Ctrl-C three times to return to the supervisor engine prompt.
