● Never allow sparky substances, flame or
spark to be close to the battery.
● Do not short-circuit the battery terminals,
otherwise high-energy sparks generated
by short circuit may harm the operator.
● Before operating the battery, touch the
vehicle body to eliminate any
accumulation of static electricity to avoid
igniting highly explosive battery gases by
the generated spark.
● Since the electrolyte in the battery is
highly corrosive, protective gloves and
goggles shall be worn. Do not flip the
battery, or the electrolyte may flow out of
the vent.
● If electrolyte splashes into your eyes,
rinse immediately with water for a few
minutes and seek medical attention
immediately. If the electrolyte splashes on
your skin or clothing, immediately absorb
it with a dry cloth and rinse with soap and
water. If you accidentally drink electrolyte,
you shall seek medical attention
immediately.
● Children shall stay away from electrolyte
and batteries.
Inspecting battery
1. Inspect if the battery is well fixed;
2. Inspect if the positive and negative cable
connectors of the battery are loose or corroded;
3. Inspect the insulation layer of the positive and
negative cables of the battery for damage;
4. Keep the battery surface dry and clean to
prevent battery vents from being blocked. If the
vehicle needs to travel a long distance or after
the battery has been used for more than one
years, you should go to the authorized dealer to
check the battery power.
Jump starting
If jump starting is necessary, please
see page . If the engine cannot be started by
jump starting or the battery cannot be charged,
replace the battery. Please contact the
authorized dealer to replace the battery.
