Preparation before driving
Do not pull the door outside handle and touch
the bulge on the door handle at the same
time. Otherwise, the doors may not be
locked.
Opening trunk lid by PKE
1. Take the smart key and ensure it is within the
operating range;
2. Press the request switch ① in the middle of
the lower edge of the trunk lid;
3. For vehicles with power trunk lid, the trunk lid
will automatically open; for other vehicles, the
trunk lid needs to be pulled up for opening.
For vehicles with power trunk lid and AR
projection function, the trunk lid can also be
opened by stepping on the AR projection.
Keyless automatic window closing*
With the vehicle powered off, in case the
windows or sunroof is closed improperly after the
doors are locked, touching the outside bulge on
the driver's door outside handle with fingers and
holding it for more than 3 seconds can
automatically raise the window glass until the
windows are completely closed.
During automatic closing of the window or
sunroof, ensure that no human body part is in
the closing area of the window or sunroof,
lest personal injury might occur.
Operating range of passive keyless entry
feature
The operating range refers to the effective
distance between the smart key and the request
switch.
The keyless entry function can be enabled only
when the smart key is within the operating
range.
If the smart key battery has run out or strong
radio wave is generated on site, the operating
range of the passive keyless entry system will be
narrowed and the system may fail to function.
If the smart key is too close to the door window,
door handle or rear bumper, the request switch
may fail to function.
