Preparation before driving

Front dome lamp
When “Body settings” – “Body Settings” –
“Interior lighting” – “Dome lamp automatic
lighting” in MP5 is set OFF, a press on the rear
of the left or right front dome lamp housing will
turn on the front dome lamp on the
corresponding side; another press will turn off
the lamp.
When “Body settings” – “Body settings” –
“Interior lighting” – “Dome lamp automatic
lighting” in MP5 is set ON, the front dome lamp
will automatically come on when the door is
opened; the front dome lamp will automatically
go out in 15s after the door is closed or when the
vehicle is started; If the rear of the front dome
lamp housing is pressed to turn on the front
dome lamp during automatic lighting, press the
lamp housing again to turn off the front dome
lamp.
Rear dome lamp
When “CarCenter” – “Body settings” – “Interior
lighting” – “Dome lamp automatic lighting” in
MP5 is set OFF, a press on the rear dome lamp
switch on the left/right rear handle will turn
on the rear dome lamp on the corresponding
side; another press will turn off the lamp.
When “CarCenter” – “Body settings” – “Interior
lighting” – “Dome lamp automatic lighting” in
MP5 is set ON, the rear dome lamp will
automatically come on when the door is opened;
the rear dome lamp will automatically go out in
15s after the door is closed or when the vehicle
is started; If the rear dome lamp switch is
pressed to turn on the rear dome lamp during
automatic lighting, press the switch again to turn
off the rear dome lamp.
Daytime running lamp
When the ENGINE START/STOP button is in
“ON” position, the engine will run and the
daytime running lamps will come on. This
increases the driving safety and also highlights
the fashion style.
Energy-saving interior lamps
The interior lamps will automatically go out within
5min after the ENGINE START/STOP button is
set to “OFF” position. To turn on the interior
lamps again, just set the ENGINE START/STOP
button to “ON” position.
Mood lamp*
When “CarCenter” – “Body settings” – “Interior
lighting” – “Mood lamp” in MP5 is set ON, the
Mood lamp on the door will come on when the
position lamp is turned on. After the position
lamp is turned off, the ambient light will go out.
When the Mood lamp function is set ON, the
ambient light brightness and color can be set
through “Vehicle venter” – “Body settings” –
“Interior lighting” – “Ambient light brightness” and
“Ambient Light Color” in MP5.
