(3) Master Lead Edge Sensor
Reflection light amount
The larger the reflection light amount is, the
smaller the output voltage is. The smaller the light
amount is, the larger the output voltage is.
The value is checked with the HELP 05.
Description
The master lead edge sensor is located at a fixed
distance relative to the master. By means of
reflected light, this sensor senses the presence of
the master on the master travel path. If the
intensity of the reflected light does not reach the
"white" level (which indicates presence of the
master) a single time during platemaking, "SET
MASTER ROLL PROPERLY" is displayed.
