a) Sensor not connected to OXS board
b) OXS board defective
c) Sensor defective or worn-out
d) BKS board defective

How to solve:
a) Connect sensor to OXS board
b) Replace OXS board
c) Replace sensor
d) Replace BKS board
Note!
Sensor is worn-out when, connected to
ambient air, the output voltage is less than
2.8 V: Replace sensor!
