Installing the SAS expander board holder

Position the SAS expander board holder in the chassis until the recess fits
under the screw (see close-up).
▶
Fasten the SAS expander board holder with two screws M3 x 4.5 mm (see
circles).
▶
Connect the SAS cables to the SAS expander board (see orange arrows):
1 Connector "X9" on backplane 1 to connector "X10"
2 Connector "X10" on backplane 1 to connector "X11"
3 Connector "X9" on backplane 2 to connector "X12"
4 Connector "X10" on backplane 2 to connector "X13"
5 If applicable, connector "X9" on backplane 3 to connector "X14"
6 If applicable, connector "X10" on backplane 3 to connector "X15"
