Change the DEI Display
1. On the Detector Exposure Index screen, press the DEI Display drop-down list to open it.
2. Select the display option.
Available options are:
3. Press [SAVE] to apply the change and close the screen.
[CLOSE] closes the screen without saving the changes.
Change the Lower and Upper Limits
1. On the Detector Exposure Index screen, press an anatomical category to expand it.
Press the category again to close it.
2. Change the lower and upper limits in the text boxes as appropriate for the view.
–No Display
In this example, there is no DEI information displayed on
the Image Viewer screen.
–Numerical
In this example, only numerical DEI information is
displayed on the Image Viewer screen.
– Graphical
In this example, DEI information is displayed is both
numerically and graphically on the Image Viewer screen.
This is the recommended display option.
