Administering Groups and Users
This section describes how to perform the tasks relating to administering the login function.
Accessing the Login Administration Screens
Follow this process to gain access to the login administration screens.
Follow this process to log on to the system.
1. Start up the system or log off the previous user.
 The Login screen appears.
2. Type in your Login Name.
3. Type in your Password.
4. Click [LOGIN].
 If you have administrator access, a message (Figure B-1) appears: “You have both regular user
and admin user privileges. To access the admin screen, select the check box before continuing
with the login, otherwise just continue with the login.”
 If the message does not appear, then you do not have access to the login
administration functions.
5. Select the Enter admin screen checkbox.
6. Click [LOGIN].
 The Login Administration screen appears.
 [CANCEL] closes the message and returns you to the main Login screen.
7. Click [EXIT] on the bottom of any login administration screen to return to the standard login screen.
