3. Place the cross-hairs at the same anatomical reference point on each image.
The pointer control buttons (Figure A-20) change the action of the cursor when used on images.
Refer to Chapter 8:
Image Viewer-Change Pointer Controls (p. 8-21) for more information about
these functions.
Use the Image Magnifying Glass on a region image to zoom in on anatomical regions for better
cross-hair placement.

4. Repeat steps 1–3 for all regions, if necessary.
5. Click [PREVIEW] to check the registration (Figure A-21).
NOTE: Preview is only to check image alignment. Full image processing parameters are not applied to
the preview.
NOTE: It may take several moments for the preview to appear on the right half of the screen.

6. When satisfied with image alignment, press [APPLY TO IMAGE] (Figure A-21).
