Pressing the inch pedal (1) allows the driver to re-
duce speed infinitely variably to a halt. This is pos-
sible in all driving programmes, in both directions
of travel and at the respective engine speed and
driving speed.
ADVICE
If you are approaching an obstacle,
the set driving speed can be reduced
to a halt by pressing the inch pedal. If
the inch pedal is released, the vehicle
again accelerates to the previously set
speed.
