Tightening threaded connections
1. Tighten the threaded connections for servop-
umps, axles and the engine.
2. Tighten threaded connections with the appro-
priate torque according to tables in the main-
tenance data.
3. Retighten all wheel nuts on the front and rear
wheels. Tightening torque 215 Nm.
Check all V-belts on the engine for condition
and tension.

Allow vehicle to cool down for me-
chanical work

Only work on the V-belts with the
engine off
1. Check entire V-belt for cracks.
2. Check whether V-belt can be pushed down
more than 10 - 15 mm by thumb pressure.
3. Retightening V-belt: Loosen mounting screws
of the tension roller holder and press tension
roller to the outside until proper V-belt ten-
sion is achieved.
4. Tighten mounting screws of the tension roller
holder.
5. Damaged V-belts must be replaced.
