Driving on slopes
DANGER
Danger of accident
Driving on a slope is dangerous
because the vehicle can tip over if
the centre of gravity exceeds the
tipping limit
Use the vehicle only if slipping,
crashing or falling over is out of
the question
The following factors reduce the risk:
proper loading
low centre of gravity
low driving speed
no climbing
proper tyre pressure depending on the load
large track width
ADVICE
The driving comfort and traction of the
vehicle can be increased by reducing
the tyre pressure.
We recommend the type of driving described in the
figure for turning on a slope.
