Maintenance schedule
The maintenance work described below is to be performed after reaching the indicated number of operat-
ing hours. For each time interval, the maintenance work for the shorter intervals must also be performed.
Example: at 1000 h the maintenance work for every "500 h" must also be performed.

Check engine for leaks
•
Check engine oil level, top up if necessary
•
Check air filter system and clean or replace filter cartridge if necessary
•
Check V-belts for tension and condition, adjust tension if necessary
•
Check coolant level and antifreeze, top up if necessary
•
Check fuel lines for condition and leaks
•
Empty water separator (in diesel fuel line)
•
Check air guidance pipes and hoses for leaks
•
Check electrics (function test) and lighting
•
Visual inspection of cable connections and electrical lines
•
Check hydraulic oil level, top up if necessary
•
Check hydraulic lines and hoses for damage and leaks
•
Check steering and cylinder for leaks and function
•
Check radiator and oil cooler for air passage and function
