Adjusting the track
You can adjust the track width of the vehicle by
reversing the wheels.
CAUTION
Danger of accident
For secure parking and jacking for
reversing the wheels, observe the
safety information in the mainte-
nance instructions
1. Remove the wheels. Reverse the wheels from
inside to outside or from left to right.
ADVICE
The directional arrows on the tyres
must again point in the forward rota-
tional direction.
ADVICE
The same spacers must be mounted
on all wheels and axles so that the
same track width is achieved.
2. Retighten the wheel nuts with the specified
tightening torque of 215 Nm.
31x13.50-15 tyres
CAUTION
Danger of accident
With narrow track width and
31x13.50-15 tyres, the spacer ring
(Ident-Nr. 134308) must be installed
between the wheel hub and the rim on
both sides of the front axle.
