Check hydraulic lines and hoses for damage and leaks
•
Check hydraulic oil level, top up if necessary
•
Check steering cylinder for function, leaks, damage
•
Check accelerator pedal for free movement, clean and lubricate if necessary
•
Check heater and air conditioner (hoses) for leaks and function
•
Clean filters of the heating and air-conditioning systems, replace if necessary
•
Check V-belts of air conditioner for tension and condition, adjust tension if necessary
•
Check mounting of the air-conditioner compressor
•
Check air-conditioner compressor for air passage, clean if necessary
•
Check windscreen wiper, replace if necessary
•
Check battery acid level, charge and cable connections, grease terminals (at least 1x
annually)
•
Spray vehicle with permanent protective wax before use in winter service (at least
1x annually)
