Place the mouse cursor in the Peak Scan or Full Scan window and right-click to
display the menu shown in Figure 9-41.

Mass Centered Width. . . . . . . . . . . Width in amu that correctly aligns the
calibration peak on the mass axis.

the mass position.
Manual Scale . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Allows the mass peak windows to be set to a
user defined scale.
