12 If the compound is not part of the calibration library, it is necessary to use
AMDIS (refer to Analyzing Data Using AMDIS, see section 8.5 on page 8-16)
or NIST (NIST Library Searches, see section 8.6 on page 8-24) to make an

calibration.
View/Edit . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Opens the Method Editor for the method
that is currently being calibrated. See

Save . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Saves the current method.
Libraries . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . A drop-down menu that allows the user to
select a previously saved library.
Save Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Brings up the dialog box to save the library.
