Area around equipment Check that no tools or fixtures unnecessary for production
have been left on or around the checkweigher.

Belt condition Check that there is no lateral shifting in the weigh and infeed
conveyor belts.
Adjust the belt tension.9.4.3
Abnormal noise Check that there is no lateral shifting in the weigh and infeed

Check that there is correct tension in the weigh and infeed
conveyor belts.
Check whether noise is coming from rotation mechanical
components.

representative.
