Listed below are the operating conditions that can be viewed on the digital display.

Normal Operating Conditions
The operating conditions listed below are displayed by scrolling up or down with the digital display selector.
ENGINE OIL PRESSURE PSI See Engine Manual for specifications.
ENGINE SPEED RPM 900 rpm low idle, 2,300 rpm high idle, 2,100 rpm full load governed
AIR PRESSURE PSI 8 to 9 bar (120 to 132 psi)
ENGINE TEMPERATURE DEG F See Engine Manual for specifications.
MACHINE LEVEL FRONT DEG IN Each screen displays two numbers. The first number is the angle (+ or -
degrees) that the crane is out of level in an indicated direction from
horizontal. The second number is the approximate amount (inch) of blocking
that is needed to level the crane in the required direction.
MACHINE LEVEL RIGHT
BOOM ANGLE DEG Degrees the boom is positioned above horizontal
* BOOM ANGLE
LUFF ANGLE
DEG Degrees the boom is positioned above horizontal
Degrees the luffing jib is positioned above horizontal
* BOOM TO LUFF JIB ANG DEG Degrees between centerline of the boom and centerline of the luffing jib

Indicates position of the counterweight (UP, DOWN) and backhitch loading
during MAX-ER 2000 operation.
CLAM CLOSING PRESS PSI See Clamshell Operation in Section 3 of the Operator Manual for
instructions on the procedure to adjust the pressure.
CRANE MODE
(name of mode)
See Crane Mode Selector in Section 3 of the Operator Manual for
instructions on the procedure to select and confirm the desired crane mode.
Diagnostic Operating Conditions
The operating conditions listed below are displayed only by first depressing the limit
bypass switch and then scrolling up with the digital display selector.
To turn off the diagnostic screens, depress the limit bypass switch and scroll down or stop and restart the engine.
HYDRAULIC TANK TEMP DEG F Oil temperature varies depending on the load and ambient temperature.
These will not accurately read temperature less than approximately 32°C
(90°F).
* AUX HYD TANK TEMP
HYDRAULIC TANK PRESS PSIA 0,5 to 1,2 bar absolute (7 to 18 psia) depending on filter condition and oil
temperature.
HYDRAULIC TANK LEVEL % 75 to 100% of oil remaining in the tank.

and system functions for MAX-ER 2000 only. See Diagnostic Display on
page 3-28 for detailed explanation of the screen.
PROG M000000.0DP Computer Program Version. The Manitowoc Crane Care Lattice Team will
request these numbers when troubleshooting crane problems.
CON 00000000000 Computer and Crane Configuration Code. The Manitowoc Crane Care
Lattice Team will request these numbers when troubleshooting crane
problems.
