Test 2—Checking Resistance at the Engine Temperature Switch
Set the digital multimeter to test resistance. Make the
required connections to the test lead adapter at the meter.
Connect the negative lead to a grounded component on the
crane and the positive lead to the engine temperature
switch (1) wire terminal. With the engine cold, check for a
resistance of approximately 0.67 ohms.
