UnacceptableFuelBlends
Biodieselblendshavingmorethan5%purebiodieselarenot
withinASTMD975dieselspecications.
Todetermineacceptablebiodieselandbiodieselblends,referto
theEngineOperatorandMaintenanceManualfortheapplicable
engine.
HazardsofDieselFuel/GasolineBlends
WARNING
Topreventpropertydamage,personalinjury,and
/ordeath,neveraddgasoline,gasoholand/or
alcoholtodieselfuel.Thismixturecreatesan
extremereandexplosionhazard.
Blendingofgasolineand/oralcoholwithdieselfuelisnot
recommendedduetothehazardsofre/explosionandthe
detrimentaleffectsonengineperformance.
Aslittleas2%volumegasolinemixedwithdieselfuelwill
createaammable/explosivemixtureinthefueltankvapor
space,whichwillposeanextremere/explosionhazardduring
refuelingorengineoperation.

lubricantadditivesisnotrecommended.Malfunctionsattributed
totheuseofsuchadditivesorfailuretofollowrecommended
fuelorlubricantrecommendationsmaynotbecoveredbyany
applicablewarranty.
