Description: Acquires the jump count executed in the step specified with STPN.
Response format: −1 to 999
Caution: −1 indicates the Idle status.
 SCSN?
Description: Acquires the number of the step under execution.
Response format: −1 to 255
Caution: −1 indicates the Idle status.

Description: Controls the sequence.
