b Decide whether to automatically validate web interface clients,
which is controlled by the Always Validate Peer Certificates
from Browsers setting. If you enable the setting, you’ll need to
install a signed server certificate and all of the CA certificates
needed to validate browser certificates for all web clients. Then
configure an appropriate certificate revocation method.
c Decide whether to validate servers, which is controlled by the
Always Validate Peer Certificates from Servers setting. If you
enable the setting, you must install of the CA certificates needed
to validate server certificates from all remote servers. Then adjust
the certificate revocation configuration accordingly (if necessary).
For example, you might need to load additional CRLs if you use
the CRL revocation method).
4 Enable provisioning by navigating to the Provisioning Service screen
and completing the fields.
» In the local interface, go to System > Admin Settings > Global
Services > Provisioning Service
» In the web interface, go to Admin Settings > Global Services >
Provisioning Service
• To use the Low, Medium, or High Security Profile with provisioning:
1 The RealPresence Resource Manager system must not be using
Maximum Security Mode.
2 You must manually assign the Low, Medium, or High Security
Profile to the HDX endpoint during installation using the setup
wizard.
3 Configure certificate usage according to your company’s guidelines.
4 Enable provisioning by navigating to the Provisioning Service screen
and completing the fields.
» In the local interface, go to System > Admin Settings > Global
Services > Provisioning Service
» In the web interface, go to Admin Settings > Global Services >
Provisioning Service
• To use the Minimum Security Profile with provisioning:
1 The RealPresence Resource Manager system must not be using
Maximum Security Mode.
2 You can enable provisioning in the setup wizard. All provisionable
settings are taken from the RealPresence Resource Manager system.
