More than One SmartPairing Signal
If more than one endpoint is emitting the Smart Pairing signal within the same
area, they might interfere with each other and the RealPresence Mobile device
will not connect. This is not a supported user environment for SmartPairing.
Automatic Versus Manual Pairing
With Automatic pairing, the pairing connection is limited to providing only
the functions needed by the RealPresence Mobile application (which does not
require administrative account privilege). Manual pairing, conversely,
requires that RealPresence Mobile application users have the logon credentials
for an HDX administrator account. For this reason, automatic pairing is
recommended whenever possible.
