tvj = transmit video jitter (H.323 calls only)

dc = encryption information
rsid = remote system id
ccaps = content capability, where possible responses include “9” (H.239),
“E” (enterprise dual streams), “N” (none), and “P” (content over the people
stream)

tcfr = transmit content frame rate
