Monitor Error
The system failed to successfully detect
(successfully complete the electronic
handshake with) one or more of the fol-
lowing files in the OS flash ROM or on
the system SD card:
• Self-diagnostic module
• Kernel
• Root file system.
The files are either corrupted or missing.
• System SD card in SD card slot C1 is re-
moved or corrupted
• Replace the system SD card
• Update the controller firmware

While the system program is running, a
bus hold or interrupt program goes into
an endless loop, preventing any other
programs from executing.
• System program defective; switch off/on,
or change the controller firmware if the
problem cannot be solved
• Controller board defective
• Controller option malfunction

Due to a control error, a RAM overflow
occurred during system processing.
One of the following messages was
displayed on the operation panel.
• System program defective
• Controller board defective
• Optional board defective
• Replace controller firmware
