1.1 Features
SDN-DPH DISPLAY PANEL allows to display the end of cycle data and preset the fastening operation of
the SDNR NUTRUNNER.
The DISPLAY PANEL has the following features.
1) It is also available for using as the Programmable Operation Panel to be connected with PLC.
Before, both the DISPLAY PANEL for NUTRUNNER and the Operation Panel for PLC are necessary.
SDN-DPH DISPLAY PANEL can take charge of them for one.
SDN-DPH is compatible with V8 series of Hakko Electronics co., Ltd.
Please ask us for the V-SFT5 version corresponds to SDNR NUTRUNNER.
(The V-SFT5 on the market at May 2012 is not corresponded.)
2) The End of Cycle Data can be displayed in a SINGLE mode or an ALL mode.
3) Fastening setting of the NUTRUNNER can be performed.
4) Torque Curve can be displayed.
5) The history of the rejected cycles (NG cycles), which occurred while the DISPLAY PANEL was connected,
can be displayed. They can be saved in the CF card or USB flash drive by CSV format.
6) The history of the fastening data can be displayed.
7) It can be installed near the operator. The mounting position can be remote from NUTRUNNER controllers
and drivers.
8) A battery is unnecessary because a FLASH memory is being used for the fastening setting backup
memory.
9) The fastening setting can be saved in the USB flash drive. The fastening setting can transfer between the
backup memory and the USB flash drive.
The format of the setting file is compatible with the SDN-UITW USER INTERFACE TERMINAL, so mutual
setting file can be used.
10) It is provided with maintenance functions for torque and angle.
