4.4 Mode selection
The following modes can be selected from the DISPLAY PANEL menu.
MODE CONTENTS
DATA DISPLAY mode
The End of Cycle data are displayed in the SINGLE or the ALL mode.
In the ALL mode, screen is chosen automatically from five types of
display screens based upon the number of the connected
NUTRUNNERS.
MAINTENANCE mode
The maintenance of the NUTRUNNER such as the check of the torque
transducer, angle detector, I/O interfaces, SYSTEM STATUS, NG report,
FASTENING report, MANUAL OPERATION, etc. can be performed.
TORQUE CURVE mode The torque curve of the connected NUTRUNNER is displayed.
FASTENING SETTING
mode (Type S)
The various fastening settings can be programmed.
It includes SYSTEM SETTING, PROGRAM SETTING, PARAMETER
SETTING, REVERSE SETTING and BACKUP.
FASTENING SETTING
mode (Type M)
The various fastening settings can be programmed.
It includes SYSTEM SETTING, PROGRAM SETTING, PARAMETER
SETTING, REVERSE SETTING, MULTI CONTROL SETTING, RS232C
SETTING, OPTION BOARD SETTING and BACKUP.
CONFIGURATION
Unit type, Arcnet Baud Rate, Password, Language, Receive data and
Initial mode can be set.
RESTART Follow the same procedure as in Start-up (Only in NR mode).
