17.1.4 Data Output Timing
 Output timing of receive data can be confirmed by I/O memory I/O7 0E0 - 0E2.
In case of Type S, each bit of I/O7 0E0-0E1 shall be monitored.
In case of Type M, Multi-Controller output bit I/O7 0E2-0 shall be monitored.
