The contents of the MAINTENANCE mode menu are shown as follows.
MAINTENANCE menu DESCRIPTION
T/T CURRENT
DATA
The torque value detected by Torque Transducer (T/T) is
displayed in real time.
T/T
CALIBRATION
DATA
The calibration value of the Torque Transducer (T/T) is
displayed in real time.
T/T CHECK
T/T OFFSET
DATA
The offset torque value of the Torque Transducer (T/T) is
displayed in real time.
ANGLE DATA
The angle value detected by the angle sensor is displayed in
real time.
SYSTEM STATUS
The SYSTEM STATUS data, such as the type and number of
the connected NUTRUNNER, the ROM version, the type of
SPINDLE ASSEMBLY, etc. are displayed.
I/O CHECK
This mode allows the user to confirm the input and output
signals of the I/O interfaces of the DRIVER and
MULTI-CONTROLLER.
NG REPORT
NG or TROUBLE data that appeared are stored (about 1000
entries). These data can be outputted in USB connect memory
by CSV format.
FASTENING REPORT
In case of Type S, the fastening data are stored (max 320
entries) in the memory of the DISPLAY PANEL.
In case of Type M, the fastening data are stored in the memory
of the Multi-
Controller. The maximum number of the memory
data changes by the number of the connected DRIVER.
MANUAL OPERATION
This mode allows the user to control the NUTRUNNER using
the key operation of the DISPLAY PANEL.
This mode has two modes. One is a SELECTED SPINDLE
mode that controls only a selected spindle, the other is an ALL
SPINDLE mode that controls all spindles.
In case of Type M, the count of the Multi-Controller can be reset
by MC COUNT RESET mode.

NOTE
Up to maximum number (about 1000) of NG/TROUBLE data and maximum number of fastening
data can be stored. When the memory is full, the oldest item is erased and the new one is added.
CAUTION
When the maintenance is performed, the READY signal of the DRIVER as well as READY and
AUTO output signals of the MULTI CONTROLLER are disabled (OFF). Therefore, The START and
REVERSE input signals in the automatic operation can not be received. （NG REPORT do not
apply）.
