Requirement
You are in the EVENTS Configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-events)#
Syntax
Call up the command with the following parameters:
event config {cold-warmstart | linkchange | authentication-failure
| power-change | faultstate-change | stp-change | overlap-ap | wds |
dfs | wlan-general | ipcf-cycle-time | ipcf-poll-size |all}
{logtable | syslog | email | trap | faults | all}
The parameters have the following meaning:
Parameter Description
cold-warmstart Message if there is cold or warm restart
linkchange Message when there is a status change on a physical interface
authentication-failure Message if there is an incorrect login
power-change Message when there is a status change in the power supply
faultstate-change Message when there is a status change in the error monitoring
stp-change Message when there are changes in the Spanning Tree
client-wlan-auth In client mode only:
Message for successful or failed WLAN authentication attempts (only in client mode)
overlap-ap Only in access point mode:
Message there is an entry in the "Overlap AP" list.
wds Only in access point mode:
Message when there is a change in the connection status of a WDS link
dfs Only in access point mode:
Message when a radar signal was received or the DFS scan was started or stopped.
wlan-general Only in access point mode:
Message when the channel bandwidth has changed.
ipcf-cycle-time Only available when the KEY-PLUG is inserted and only in Access Point mode
Message if too many clients are logged on for the set iPCF cycle time or if some clients
were not reached in one cycle
ipcf-poll-size Only available when the KEY-PLUG is inserted.
Message when the PROFINET data size is too large for transfer.
all All messages
logtable Client that processes the logbook entries
syslog Client that sends the messages to the log server
