Drivers
This truck must only be driv
en by persons who
fulfil the following poin
ts.
The driver must:
• Be physically and mentally able to drive the
truck safely
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be trained in driving ind
ustrial trucks
• Have proven their ability to drive and
handle loads to the operating company or a
representative of the operating company
• Have received instruction in explosion-pro-
tection regulations and rules of behaviour in
areas at risk of explosions
• Be assigned to drive
this truck
If the driver has been trained in accordance
with the BGG (General Employers' Liability
Insurance Association Act) 925, their training
meets the training requirements under §3 of
the Health and Safety at Work Act and §9 of
the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety
and Health.
– Observe the national regulations for the
country in which the truck is being used.
Rights, obligations and codes of conduct
DANGER
Risk of accident due to consuming intoxicants!
The use of drugs, alcohol or medication that affects
reactions will impair the ability to drive the truck!
Individuals under the influence of the aforementio-
ned substances are not permitted to perform work
of any kind on or with the truck.
