Behaviour when the explosion-pro-
tection warning lights are illuminated
DANGER
Risk of explosion!
During operation, the temperatures,
wear values and insulation values of
various components are monitored by
sensors. The explosion-protection
warning lights indicate when limit
values are reached.
If dangerous limit values are detected,
the truck controller automatically
shuts down the drive unit. This
automatic emergency shutdown
indicates a serious malfunction.
–Donot operate the truck if the
explosion-protection warning light
is illuminated.
– Inform the safety officer.
– Notify the authorised service
centre.

As a general rule:
Only the safety officer may decide whether
the truck can be removed from the potentially
explosive area. The cause of the automatic
emergency shutdown must be determined
and remedied by the authorised service
centre. The safety officer must order the reset
button to be pressed.
NOTE
