Note: For Objet30 Pro printers, selecting a printing mode is only available
in GrabCAD Print.
HQ (High Quality) Mode—
Prints models in 15-micron layers, suitable for producing fine details and
delicate items.
Requires much more time to print most trays, compared to HS mode.
Note: HQ mode is not available when Tango materials are chosen.
HS (High Speed) Mode—
Prints models in 28-micron layers, suitable for producing most models.
Requires much less time to print most trays, compared to HQ mode.
Draft Mode—
Prints models in 36-micron layers, suitable for producing initial designs.
Fastest printing mode.
Most economical printing mode.
Note: Draft mode is not available when Tango materials are chosen.
The quality of models printed in Draft mode depends on many factors
and it may be inconsistent over time. Even printing the same file may
produce different results at different times. If the quality is not acceptable,
use HS or HQ mode.
Change the printing mode setting, if necessary, before sending the tray to the
3D printer.
