Amount of data files in *** folder is
almost full.
Please delete old files.
The data folder can save up to 1000 data files. The
saved RM or CL data exceeds 900. Delete unneces-
sary data.
Can NOT execute chart software.
It is thought that the chart software
is not installed correctly.
Please call our support line.
The instrument malfunctions. Contact the TOPCON
support section.
Can NOT execute chart software.
Please switch off and restart CV
system.
In case this error happens fre-
quently, please call our support line.
Make sure that the chart is powered.
Then, turn off and restart the CV system. If the error is
displayed continuously, the instrument may malfunction.
Contact the TOPCON support section.
Can't initialize exam/course list!! Reading the examination list has failed. Update the CV
software to the newest version.
Can't show the course list.
No course is registered.
The course list cannot be displayed because the course
optometry is not registered. Register the course when
the course optometry is performed.
Can't show the examination list.
No examination is registered.
The examination list cannot be displayed because there
is not the examination list in the DLL file of the chart
being used. Update the CV software to the newest ver-
sion.
CC2.dll was not found. The application program is not set up correctly.
Re-install the application program.
Chart is not selected yet.
Please select chart.
When the chart to be used is not selected, this error is
displayed.
• Open the chart setting screen and set the chart to be
used.
Chart setting is not completed. When the connection method of the selected far-point
chart is not set, this error is displayed.
Open the chart setting screen and set the connection
method for the far-point chart.
Chart/Mask : Communication
ERROR.
• Try to set the chart/mask again.
• Open the "Chart settings" screen and check the con-
nection method for the far-point visual acuity chart.
CL data folder is not found.
Please confirm the system is online
which has CL data folder.
When the CL data folder is not found, this error occurs.
The probable causes are that the system having the CL
folder is not connected to LAN and that the system does
not start yet.
Make sure that the system having the CL folder is con-
nected to the network and operates correctly.
