2. INSTALLATION
12 Select the serial communication port to which the CV power supply unit is connected
and click the [Connect] button.
Check the version and then click the [Start Setup] button.
The firmware of the CV power supply unit is updated.
13 Click the [OK] button.
The installation is completed.
