5. OPERATION FOR TESTS
2 Select the "Phoria Test (Maddox)" chart.
To perform "Phoria Test (Maddox)", select the fixation target chart icon on the chart
page.

Test eye
Changed to the binocular mode.
When the mouse operation mode is set to "Horizontal prism",
the left eye is the object of the mouse operation.
When the mouse operation mode is set to "Vertical prism",
the right eye is the object of the mouse operation.
Auxiliary lens
When the mouse operation mode is
set to "Horizontal prism", the horizon-
tal Maddox rod lens is set to the right
eye.
When the mouse operation mode is
set to "Vertical prism", the vertical
Maddox rod lens is set to the left eye.
