5.15.5 PRINTER SERIAL NUMBER ACQUIRE COMMAND [ESC] WY
Function Sends the printer serial number to the host.
Format [ESC] WY [LF] [NUL]
Explanation
(1) The format of the printer serial No. to be returned to the host is as follows.
[IrDA: TEC Protocol]
STX Printer serial No. CRC CRC
02H 32 bytes XXH XXH
[IrDA: IrCOMM, IrDA: IrOBEX, USB, RS-232C, Bluetooth, or wireless LAN]
SOH STX Printer serial No. ETX EOT CR LF

When the printer serial No. is “2308M000001”:
