Function Sends the printer status to the host computer.
Format [ESC] FM [LF] [NUL]

Explanation
[LABEL/RECEIPT modes]
When receiving this command, the printer sends the printer status and battery status to
the host.
• For IrDA: TEC Protocol: Data to be sent (Fixed at 27 bytes)
