• Press the PRINT key to print the new configuration. Confirm the
printer software selections.
• Press the SHIFT, SEL keys. MENU will no longer be illuminated.
7 Balance Configuration
A Mettler balance (in most cases) is supplied with the 900 System to be
used with the Micronaire Module. If so, it comes with documentation
from Mettler (or the balance manufacturer's documentation). The
following is the procedure Uster Technologies uses to configure the
Mettler balance. This configuration cannot be changed without altering
the balance hardware. Therefore, any changes to the configuration will
have to be done by a Service Technician. For this reason, the following
list is provided for information purposes only.

• Press the bar on the front to turn it ON; continue to press it until the
word “CONF” (for “configuration”) appears on the balance display.

Release the bar. “Reset” is displayed; press and hold the bar until
“Yes” is displayed.
• Press and hold the bar until “End” is displayed; press once. “Scale”
is displayed.
• Press and hold the bar until “ASd” appears on the display.
•
Release the bar, then tap on it until the number “- 1-” is displayed
next to “ASd.”
