4.11 Selecting the Destination for the
Report
Reports can be generated for two destinations:
• Screen—The report will be displayed on the screen. Up to 78
characters and spaces can be displayed per line.
• Printer—A report that is printed is limited to 131 characters. If the
number of characters for your selections exceeds 131, a warning
message is displayed on the screen.
Highlight the destination for the report, and press ENTER.
The REPORTS MENU will reappear and the current destination for the
report will display.
Note: Select the destination for the report prior to selecting the
properties to be included in the report!
4.12 Make Report
The Make Report item is used to generate the report according to the
current report specifications.
•
Highlight Make Report , then press ENTER.
• The report is automatically generated.
Note: If you select Make Report when no identifier has been selected,
a warning message window is displayed on the screen. You must select
an identifier(s) before you select Make Report.
