The response times for starting the Servomotor, the /INPOSITION signal, and the /POUT0 to /
POUT7 signals when the /START-STOP signal is turned ON to start program table operation
are shown below.
Note: In the following cases, the response times can be as long as 16 ms max.
• When program table operation is stopped (including when it is stopped for an error)
• When the motor stops due to overtravel
