The serial communication module (SLM) is a mezzanine module placed on the first
analog digital conversion module (ADM). It is used for LON, SPA, IEC
60870-5-103 and DNP communication.
In the following figure, X311 ports A/B are for SPA, IEC103 or DNP3 and X311
ports C/D are for LON protocol.
