VoIP SERVICES - TRAFFIC COUNTERS
The VoIP services feature the following specific traffic counters accessible via MMC-PM5 in the menu:
System Miscellaneous -> VoIP -> Traffic counters:
"General" tab:
- Number of incoming H.323 calls.
- Number of outgoing H.323 calls.
- Number of transiting H.323 calls (Break In, Break Out).
- Number of outgoing H.323 calls to H.323 gateway xxxxx refused because "insufficient bandwidth".
- Number of incoming H.323 calls to H.323 gateway xxxxx refused because "insufficient bandwidth".
- Number of outgoing H.323 calls to H.323 gateway xxxxx refused because "remote gateway out of
service".
- Number of outgoing H.323 calls to remote gateway xxxxx refused because "all VoIP access chan-
nels busy".
- Number of incoming H.323 calls to gateway xxxxx refused because "all VoIP access channels busy".
- Number of failed IP Telephony (audio) communications: all the DSP channels reserved for IP Tele-
phony are busy.
"Gateways" tab:
These counters indicate the number of VoIP calls to each of the remote H.323 gateways refused for the
following reasons:
- Overflow on outgoing VoIP calls: VoIP CoCPU board(s) out of service.
- Overflow on outgoing VoIP calls: no more bandwidth available.
- Incoming VoIP calls refused: no more bandwidth available.
