Alcatel Office Call Center (AOCC) provides voice applications such as Voice Mail, Automatic Atten-
dant, Audiotex, ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), etc.
CONNECTION
AOCC is connected to the Alcatel OmniPCX Office system by 2 types of link:
- analog connections, corresponding to analog set interfaces (SLI boards)
- a CSTA connection, corresponding to the LAN link to a LanX8/X16 board.
Analog connections
SLI boards
The SLI boards interface between the Alcatel OmniPCX 2-wire analog Z sets and the AOCC voice
boards. For the SLI board connection details, see the relevant paragraph in "Hardware" section.
AOCC voice boards
The voice board devices connect to the analog set outlets.
For 2 or 4-line boards, 1 or 2 double cables are supplied, with an RJ12 connector (6 positions, cabled)
at each end.
For 2-wire analog accesses, the following cables are supplied:
- 1 board with 2 accesses: 2 CDR 4015 (RJ12) cables or 1 CDR 4029 (RJ45) cable.
- 1 board with 4 accesses: 2 CDR 4015 (RJ12) cables or 1 CDR 4029 (RJ45) cable.
Connector locations:
Upper RJ12: accesses 1 and 2
Lower RJ12: accesses 3 and 4
Access 13 to 16
Access 9 to 12
