The system sums up the following metering information in the form of partial and adding counters:
- For each station or group (stations or OS):
• 4 partial charge counters and 4 partial cost counters
- 1 adding charge counter and 1 adding cost counter
- For each line:
• 1 partial charge counter
-1 adding cost counter
