Nota :
The ATL - TL or QSIG-TL interconnection must be implemented with precaution in order to avoid any
TL blocking (for example: a break-in by transfer between a TL without polarity inversion and an ATL
joining on a remote user forwarded to an external number by another TL; in this case, there is no re-
lease of communications on these TLs).
VPNs ON PUBLIC LINKS
These virtual networks are specific to the country and the network operator. In these networks, which
use the public operator protocols (analog or ISDN), private and public calls are routed on the same
lines. Amongst these networks offering preferential rates, are:
- Fiat in Italy: analog or ISDN protocol
- Transgroupe (Collisée Performance) in France: ISDN only protocol
Characteristics of Transgroupe dialing
- public numbers are preceded by 0.
- private numbers are defined in a private numbering plan: closed dialing from 5 to 10 digits, with
short numbers as an option (10 to 15, 160 to 169, 36XX).
