Measurement Preparation 2:
1. Set the MP2110A output to OFF.
2. Set the DC power supply output to OFF.
3. Disconnect the MP2110A and all equipment, or change the DUT
connections.
Since even unforeseen fluctuations in DC voltage and load (open or short
circuits at the MP2110A output side and changes caused by using a
high-frequency probe, etc.) can damage the DUT and the MP2110A, we
recommend connecting a 50
Ω
resistance in series with the DC terminal of
the Bias-T to prevent risk of damage.
