6.9.3 Jitter Analysis
The jitter analysis displays the measurement results of the following
items by jitter element.
Numeric value (ps, UI Unit)
Histogram
Spectrum
Pattern display per bit
Jitter can be analyzed when Sampling Mode of Scope is set to Eye or
Advanced Jitter.
Sampling Mode is Eye
Analyzes the jitter measured from histogram in the time direction of Eye
pattern waveform. Jitter that can be measured from the Eye pattern
waveform is only TJ.
